Timothy Henry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Universitas Indonesia, providing a solid technical foundation in ship design, marine systems, and structural analysis.

He has developed extensive experience in marine surveying across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, handling casualty investigations, hull and machinery damage assessments, and cargo-related claims. Over the course of his career, he has conducted surveys involving collisions, groundings, machinery failures, cargo loss and contamination, as well as third-party liabilities, supporting H&M Underwriters, P&I Clubs, shipowners, and insurers.

At Rely Marine, Timothy operates as a Marine Surveyor, managing on-site casualty attendance, technical investigations, and reporting activities. His responsibilities include determining causes of damage, evaluating repair methodologies and costs, supporting claims handling processes, and coordinating with insurers, and maritime stakeholders. His structured analytical approach and ability to operate effectively under pressure contribute to reliable assessments and high-quality technical reporting.

Timothy also has assisted in salvage operations including refloating attempts, wreck removal coordination and oil pollution response activities.
