Lorenzo Lonoce graduates at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in 2002 and receives a master’s degree in Marine Technology from the University of Strathclyde the following year.

He works on behalf of V.Ships till 2015 starting as assistant superintendent in the cruise vessel department to covers overtime various roles reaching the position of Technical Director first and then Managing Director for cargo vessel department of V.Ship Monaco, overseeing a fleet composed by Bulk Carriers, Tanker vessels, Cable laying vessel, PSV (DP II) type vessels. During the years, he also takes part at new building project of Aframax tankers and MR product carriers first as site manager in South Korea and then as project manager from Europe. He follows the operation of above-mentioned vessel, once delivered, as Technical Director of the company.

By 2015 he founds his own company GME. Since then he works on behalf of numerous Italian and foreign maritime insurance companies and becomes a solid point of reference within the sector. In 2020, establishes Rely Marine & Energy Experts in partnership with Giuseppe to provide quality services globally, through careful geographical expansion, and in response to clients’ needs for a more immediate and wider coverage.
